Cajsa, here are the pictures you requested. We took our computer up to the Apple Store to get the memory card and CD out. Thank goodness there weren't any fees for the service required.
Leilani beginning to get cranky, but still decent pictures.
Her cute little feet.
She loves to suck on her hands.
Love her beautiful, light, blue eyes.
She decided to finally fall asleep for a bit so I could finish them up.

One of those OOPS Moments!
Cliff has been gone this week and I decided to fulfill one of my sister's requests and take some more pictures of Leilani and post them. As you can see, there aren't any pictures. Well, If any of you have a MAC, you know that the disc drive is right about the memory card drive. I was so excited to look at the pictures, I didn't pay attention to detail and shoved the memory card into the disc drive. It wasn't quite in all the way so I decided to try and get it out with a butter knife and into the slot it went.
THAT WAS NOT THE END OF IT! I decided to be even more stupid and shoved a disc in thinking that when it came out, it just might, by chance, spit the memory card out more to where I just MIGHT be able to get it out. To no avail, both are stuck in the drive now and we have no way of getting either out. I hope and pray that the Apple guys will be able to get both of them out.
I didn't want to tell Cliff because I was AFRAID that he might get really upset, but he didn't and was very patient. I just want to beat myself up for it though because I couldn't believe that I did it. I just think "I can't be the only one that has ever done this." BUT THEN AGAIN, maybe, just maybe I am!
So, I might have to retake and hope they turn out as good as the first ones I took.

Exhausted or What?
You know your kids are tired if....
They are snoring on the hard, kitchen, tile floor with soaking wet shorts and swim diaper.

Ironing...THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW!
I absolutely HATE ironing! I have never enjoyed it and probably never will. I try to keep up on it every week after I do the laundry so that I don't have 3 hours worth of ironing when I finally decide to get it done. But since Leilani has arrived, I haven't turned the iron on unless Cliff desperately needs a shirt for church. This past Sunday all the boys shirts that actually fit them well needed to be ironed. I meant to do it, but then decided "What the heck, Aloha shirts will do today for church." Cliff always teases me when I put them on for church and asks "They going to a club?" This is what I was expecting to hear, but he didn't say that this time and just took pictures of them instead. And they sure are a handsome bunch of boys, if I may say so myself.

Cherry Lovers!!!
The kids were outside all day, last Friday, playing in the pool. Their cousin Ana came over and hung out with them. Then Cliff's family came over for a light dinner of sandwiches. But, while the kids were outside I decided to bust out the last bag of cherries. They downed them in no time and their mouths were covered in cherry juice. So I decided to get some cute pictures of it. The cleanest one was Maika and that is because he wouldn't eat the cherries unless I took out the seed for him.
Kalena and Ana, Kalena had to wear her twinner swimsuit so they could be the same.
Ana decided to saver the last cherry in her cheek for a bit.

Kindergarten Is OVER! (for one child)
I can't believe it is already June 10 and into a week of summer break. At least the weather is nice and sunny, but not too hot yet. Anyway, Kalena graduated from kindergarten last week Thursday. She is already so excited to get started with 1st grade. I just hope her enthusiasm to learn continues on throughout the years, but lets face reality...IT WON'T! She loves to be in school and learn, learn, learn. She was so excited for graduation and kept reminding Cliff and I about it so that we wouldn't forget to be there.
The teachers actually made little diplomas for them. And this is what they looked like:
A couple of other things about her that she has learned to love is reading, drawing, coloring and playing with her friends from school. It is amazing how much they grow and become so much more independent throughout the year.
She loved her teacher Mrs. Rico. I actually hope that Maika gets her next year.
