Playin Hookie
So, this past Sunday I had Lela stay home with Kalena and Tula'i. Of course, she had no problem with it. Kalena woke up with a nasty cough and we just left Tula'i to make life easier at church for us. Maika was the only to go with us. Poor guy had to go to nursery by himself. But, this is what we came home to discover....
Kalena and Tula'i catching some rays with...
Kalena's hair all in ringlet's & ...
Tula'i chillin' in his exersaucer

Who ever said pregnancy was fun?
Well, #4 pregnancy is kicking my butt. I feel so bad for my family, especially my kids in the morning. I am so tired and sick in the morning that they don't get any attention after Tula'i is put down for his morning nap. I just curl up on the couch or recliner and fall asleep. They could walk out the front door and I probably wouldn't even know it. Cliff, bless his heart, has been so understanding and patient with me...he has learned well. He did the laundry today inbetween calls and working. The past few mornings he has come out of his office/masterbedroom and there I am knocked out on the couch letting Kalena go to town on as many Dora and Diego's it takes for me to get enough sleep. Maika usually goes down to, but if not then they are both just doing whatever the heck they like keeping each other company. My days now begin around noon...when I feel okay to get up and get going. My home on the other hand doesn't get the attention it needs and is a disaster area. I finally got off my butt today and mopped the floor after 2 weeks of letting it go. I wouldn't even eat anything off of the floor if I had dropped something...so disgusting if my kids have done it. Well, bless my husband for being understanding and my children for letting me sleep. Hope it all ends soon, gotta love it! Not really, just the end product!

Army Miracle
MIRACLES NEVER CEASE!!!!! So, this past month I have been a little worried about having to be deployed, but never really thought anything of it until this past Monday. I was informed that I was to get some letter stating that I needed to report for a soldier readiness plan (SRP) this weekend for drill instead of going to my unit's regular drill. I never received the letter, so I called my unit administrator and asked him what the deal was with the SRP. He proceeded to let me know that unless I get pregnant or get divorced, then I will be slotted to go into Iraq taking care of detainees...not so fun! Well, the deployment wouldn't be until October, so I figured I had plenty of time to get pregnant, but then Russ contiues to let me know that the Army is going to do an extended annual training before this year long deployment to prepare those who will be deployed. So, I was okay until that night after FHE when Cliff brought it up to Lela just to let her know what was going on and of the possibility of leaving. Lela's response was,"You're not going." The faith of her, AMAZING! Well, to make a long story short...our prayers were answered and the desire I have to not leave my family has been granted by the Lord. Not only am I able to stay home, but the reason for me getting to stay is because we are expecting another choice spirit of our Heavenly Father's to come down to us in December. This my friend is one of the many miracles that I have witnessed in my time in the military. Time has always been close to being deployed, but the Lord has taken care of me just as long as I have faith.

Tagged Once Again
Here it goes!!
What were you doing a decade ago?
Well, I was still serving my mission up in Canada, probably waiting for the snow to melt and at the same time getting trunky. I only had 3 more months left to go. I loved my mission and learned a lot. Made a lot of new friends.
5 things on my to do list:
1. Schedule Lela a doctor's appointment
2. Sewa dress for Maria's Mom class for a demo
3. Do laundry tomorrow
4. Attempt to make chalupas for dinner tonite
5. Mail back some curtains that my mom bought for Lela's and the kids bedroom cause they aren't long enough
5 Places that I have lived:
1. Kremmling, CO--where I was born...it's like a ghost town now
2. Maple Valley, WA--where I had my first hotwheel and rode it down a long hill next to our house
3. Page, AZ--15 minutes away from Lake Powell...LOVED it cause the lake was where we were almost every day of the summer
4. Laie, HI--Graduated from BYU-H...not barely either...I rocked my courses once I changed my major to PE
5. Green Mtn Dam, CO--below a dam and we had to walk up a steep hill about 1/2 a mile long or maybe even more to get to the bus stop...loved running down it on the way home...took about 10 minutes compared to the 45 walking up.
5 Jobs that I have had:
1. Youth Care--Residential advisor
2. Bank Teller
3. Wendy's
4. Dairy Queen--This was the best job ever...got to eat all the icecream we wanted without having to pay for it!!!
5. Intramural Referee at BYU-H
5 things people don't know about me
1. I would love to move out of the state to the east coast to experience a change
2. I used to love the smell of gasoline when I would fill the cars up with gas...until I got pregnant with Kalena
3. I would love to experience skydiving or bungee jumping
4. I absolutely HATE the taste of seaweed
5. I hate being in the hospital after giving birth, sitting there and doing absolutely nothing gets really, really boring
