Christmas Eve
Cajsa and I dropped my Mom and Nezhone off at the airport early in the morning. We went to breakfast to wait about an hour so we could go and pick up Kekoa's Christmas present (exersaucer $20) from an add on KSL (best place to find what you are looking for, for a good price if you are in Utah). Then we got home and left to go and watch "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Part 1." It was the least favorite out of all them, but it had to build it up for the final chapters. I am really excited to see the end.
After Harry Potter, we all made our way to my brother's, Kimo, house for dinner. His wife always does appetizers that are really yummy and she makes tons of them. We talked, played games and had fun! Afterwards, Cliff and I dropped off our family gifts to his side of the family on our way home.
When we got home, it was time for Santa to come put all the stuff in their stockings. Mom and Dad wrapped the gifts to them that we got and put them under the tree. The tree would have been very bare this year except that my mom took all the kids to the dollar store and let them buy 3 gifts each for everyone else in the family. We got to bed around 2 a.m. I think I have learned my lesson and now that the kids know that there are gifts from Mom and Dad and then there are the gifts that Santa brings them in their stocking, I am going to wrap them as I get them so I am not having to stay up too late up Christmas Eve.
Saturday...
Christmas morning.
The funniest dollar store gift of all was a garland that Kalena bought for Cliff. My mom said she tried talking her out of it, but she insisted and knew that her dad would wear it. When we were in the car by ourselves, Kalena told me she had gotten a blue necklace for him. It was too funny!!! And HE DID wear it just for her.
The kids gifts were simple this year and not a ton. They loved them all!! Merry Christmas!
One of the precious things this year was Kalena wrote on a piece of paper "My gift to Jesus" and in it was a picture of her helping Tula'i do something. She is starting to understand the reason for celebrating is because of the birth of our Savior. I am thankful for the Savior and His perfect life. Because of His atonement, we can return to live with our Heavenly Father. I know They live and love everyone of us.

I just saw Harry Potter the other day and totally agree with you. It wasn't great but I know they have to set up the story. Glad you had a Merry Christmas!
Love the necklace...but I disagree on the Harry Potter show - I really liked it! We should get together one of these days!
